Default Snow - Alltrax

Running an alltrax 300 on a Club Car Precedent. Seems like the car is unable to spin the tires to tear through some snow. Any suggestions?

Sorry, have all terrain tires and it goes through the snow but can't seem to get it moving very fast. Almost like it has limited slip or traction control.

No limited slip or traction control. Not to be rude but does it have enough a$$ to get the tires moving

Dense snow takes torque, and a LOT of it to move through. What are you running for a motor?

That is like running through water. The density is preventing you from gaining any type on inertia...

(And your gear lube may be thick as syrup....)
(Breaks may be frozen to the drums....)

You can tell more by taking your PC with you and running the Tool Kit Monitor Screen and see what is doing.....

Running a stock motor. Maybe after tonight I can talk my wife into the Alltrax 400 with a better motor.

There is a setting in the software that allows you to select between street or turf (I think). Turf is used so you don't tear up the golf course if you spin the tires. Switch to street mode.

A little more info:

The Turf and Street selections are also a unique new feature:
 The Turf option has strict limitations on rate of acceleration. This setting keeps the controller from allowing the tires to break loose and spin on grass. Or in your situation snow.
 The Street selection is a nice, aggressive, wide open setting that will put no limitations on your rate of acceleration. This is a performance setting, similar in feel to our original controllers.

I am running Street setting. I put it in Turf when the kids drive.
