When I first installed my alltrax controller, contactor and new solenoid, my cart was doing the exact same thing. It was pretty slow in forward, but very fast in reverse. I had my fwd/rev switch hooked up backwards and I was getting half speed in forward and full speed in reverse. Post a pic of the controller so we can see how it's wired. Sorry, I see you did post pics.

Do you have a windows laptop? Download the toolkit from Alltrax and get the cable you need to plug into the controller. It's like the one that goes to a printer. There's a button in the toolkit program to log a data file while you're driving the cart. It spits out a bunch of information. It will help show what's wrong. Post it here in a zip file, IIRC, and someone will interpret it for you.

Any progress to report?

Is it still reduced speed in forward ( instead of reverse)?
