Restart your computer and try a different USB cable? Iíve seen that error occasionally but not repeatedly.

I'll give that a shot when I get home from work. It is a brand new cable. @scottyb any ideas?

I've not had that problem recently. I program hundreds of Alltrax controls annually. Restart is always the best place to start. If the problem persists delete and re-install the software program.

Make sure You did not try to open the field map ".txt" file in notepad or some other editor (and hit save) before loading it into the Software.

Good point ~ do you need a fresh copy of the map? Which map?
