2012 ezgo TXT 48v speed fluctuates
Helping a friend out but don’t know much about EZGO.
Push the gas and takes off fine then it sputters. The speed just jumps up and down. Batteries are good (checked individual and all together 51.5v). I checked all the wires for corrosion and cleaned them all. Tried to put it in diagnostic mode but couldn’t get it to work. My guess is one of three things: controller, speed sensor or throttle sensor Does anyone have any ideas how I can narrow it down or diagnose each individually? |

I ran the Curtis 1206HB troubleshooting sequence and Pin 5 doesn't have pack voltage.

Fixed, it was the speed sensor magnet.
