Default Batteries!

Someone help me with a Decision plz. I have a 2011 ergo 48v with a alltrax 500 amp controller from scottyb. Works perfect btw! Problem I have is that the cart only runs like 20 mins. It has battery source house brand batteries and they seem to think the batteries are fine, however I don’t believe them! Bout to drop the money on trogans unless there is another reason my wife cussing me out before she gets halfway around the Nieghbor hood! Any help would be grateful!! Thx guys!

Can you post battery pack voltage and each batteries voltage after a full charge
But not used for 10 hours after their charged.
Forum gurus will need that info to help.
Also make of batteries, amp hours @ 20 minutes rating of batteries to start😊

What Cobra said.

Can you explain: "It has battery source house brand batteries and they seem to think the batteries are fine..."

I guess is OP is trying to say they are store branded “battery source” batteries...

We need to know voltages though. [emoji1303]

I measured the voltage when my daughter got back from riding, it was sitting for about 45 mins at a friends house though so it did good on the way back. And yes battery source said they tested the batteries and said they where good.

I believe I just need to get better batteries with higher amp rating.
