Default Intermittent no go then jump in reverse Marathon

Got a intermittent issue with my Marathon when you first go to use it. I notice it in reverse as I have to back out of the cart shed. Press pedal and clicks controller shows green light and nothing. Cycle pedal and you get a wide open jump(is wired for full speed reverse). Cart has sat for a month or so and did it again and also could not get it to click or go fwd or reverse. Once got it to go work flawlessly for whole golf round.

It is a series with all Scotty B stuff(HD fwd-REV, 500 amp controller and solenoid) It did it before all the upgrades and after upgrades it does it every once in a while but usually just once but this time it quit clicking and just had nothing until cycled key a few times and once it went to working had no issues.

It is strange it does it when first using then never after that. Looked over and checked all connections but did not have DVM at the time.

So you cycle the key or cycle the pedal?

If it's cycling the pedal maybe it's your throttle signal.

If it's cycling the key and it still works fine the whole round of golf do you turn the key off/on at the various holes or just leave it on? I'm wondering if you have corrosion internal to the key switch??? (Wild guess)

This is the first time I ever cycled key as it usually works if I cycle the foot pedal a few time. The key is never shut off once i start golfing.

Strange part is this cart will do it when first getting on it then never do it again until next time driving it.

Maybe pedal signal?

It is not that old and is a HD one that I put on when I went to 48v. Did this before and after I upgraded to 48 volts.

Backed out of shed fine and did 18 holes with no issue. Don't get it.
