08 rxv danaher to Curtis conversion
Got a new Curtis controller it go’s in to check good but no pedal response if bob u can help me out on dis did the wiring pin out that u did on 08 rxv please lmk Mahalo

First thing I would do is put that controller in another perfectly good running cart and see if it does the same on that cart. This was a rebuilt controller you bought right? Could be just a bad controller.

I have 48 going in to the switch but nothing coming out light blue wire back to the controller

Make sure that you have 48V present on the harness blue wire connected to the charge port when the charger is unplugged. That is the charger interlock... The throttle will not operate if it is inhibited by a bad charger port PCB.

Sorry bob I thought I was running a 48v solenoid but it was a 36 v so I’m going to get one today n try it out
