98 ez go 36 volt electrical issues
This 98-36volt regan cart has no power coming out the key switch with the key on but has power with the key off.
Battery pack is okay. Still no solenoid action. Need your help. Thanks, |

A 98 EZGO regen cart would be a DCS type drive, but I cannot venture a guess as to how those symptoms could possibly exist, unless the cart has been miswired or the key switch has been replaced with one whose On and Off is in the opposite locations.

OR - the DVM's negative test lead is attached to B+ instead of B-.
