Ya the only issue is that Jakes where bought out by Nivel parts in Florida
I am still waiting on the call back I will call again tomorrow to see ITP itself wont honour there warranty Jakes is replacing them as a courtesy |

Ok, so Jakes was bought by Nivel?
Jakes, is a quality operation. My lift install on my cart went perfact, as was the fit and finish! And having put 400+ mi. on my cart since Nov. I am very comfortable and confident with their products. I think thats neat that they are gonna take care of ya! Good job Jakes!! |

Jakes informed me that ITP would not replace them
But Jakes would do it them self , they wouldent honor waranty on them this rimes where stores in a dry cold condition they where not driven in winter I have been in the car industry for a long time I think its a poor quality of chrome I have always bought my stuff from Jakes I think they are a great opperation probably wy they got bouth out , there lifts are great |
