Default g1 running problems

im a very well versed mechanic on these carts, very good at yamaha, but 2 heads are better than one
my g1 runs great as long as i use the choke, takes a long time to fire up,note that all g-1 fire easaly in rev.not this one, same as fwd,cab has been cleaned and rebuilt , runs the same with or with out exhaust,no aperant blown seals,( no oil residue any where ) sprayed intake with starting fluid while running it - no differance, i know it getting to much air because of having to choke it,still a bitch to get started, im in need of a second brain ,please help

also check the pulse line from the crankcase to the fuel pump they split at times and you can't see it
