Default 99 club car oil light

I have a lifted stock 99 club car, when i get up into higher rpm's, the oil light comes on.

More than likely its the oil sensor being tricked by the new angle of the engine because of the lift kit. Best solution is to do an oil change, pour in the required amount of 1.2 quarts, remark dipstick. Then test drive!
