Seat base template - 2002 DS
A bit stuck, hoping for some help. I have to fab new wood bases for my Club Car DS for both the base and the backrest (1 piece). The originals are missing so I have very little to go from.
Does anyone have any pics of what these two pieces look like? and maybe some basic dimensions? I've had little luck in finding anything on this. CBG- |

For anyone else in this situation I've dug a bit further. I was told by the seat cover manufacturer the base for the 2000.5 plus model is 18 x 38.
That still leaves the t-nut locations and any notches so I decided to contact Club Car directly to see if they would provide any info. If anyone has a picture of the wooden base for the seat bottom and seat back (one piece) in the raw i would really appreciate if you could post them. I've looked for days and can't find anything.
