Default All Sports SS lift question

Im finishing up the 6in SS lift. All I have left is to bolt up the king pins. The only bolts that came with the kit are 2" partial thead with 2 washers per and some threadlok. If I use these bolts the dont thread all the way down to clamp the ball joint tight to the king pin. Any advice? Clearly the bolt isnt threaded in as far as it will go.

Them are the bolts I used on mine and I could thread them almost all the way by hand. Maybe take the bolt out and take a look down the hole

I see that. Is it just a bushing?

It makes the balljoint rounded right there. Yeah kind of a bushing. You didn't get any with your kit? I was missing a couple nyloc nuts with my kit, another guy on here was missing two key install plates in his kit. I'd call allsports and tell them, they overnighted the plates for the other guy.

I just ran to Lowes and got some 1" Spacers and threw them on for now. Thanks for the help. I would have never figured that one out...

Man it seems like Allsports is really dropping the ball lately with their kits. They leave out something different every time. My kit was missing parts and now two others I've heard now. It's a great lift but how hard is it to send all the parts the first time...geez.

I agree, it would have been a real PIA if I needed the cart done.

On mine they left out the two oval black plates that the u-bolts go down through. The ones that sit on top of the leaf springs. I made them Next Day Air them to me.
