In general terms, the higher the AH rating, the longer they last, both in Run-Time and Lifespan.

AH @ 20 Hr Rate is the yardstick typically used to compare GC batteries.
Here is a list I put together,

High amp hour batteries just take longer to charge from a given percent capacity. You do not need a different charger to handle higher capacity batteries. (as long as you have a modern charger that senses battery voltage)

An unmodified PW-II is a suitable charger for a 36V pack made up of any of the batteries on the list I posted, except US Battery products.
(US Battery batteries require a slightly higher finish voltage.)

As V-A mentioned, it may take longer to charge higher AH capacity batteries.

An analogy would be installing a larger fuel tank on a car and filling it from the same gas pump that was used to fill the smaller tank.

If you drove the car until the tank was half full, it would take longer to fill the larger tank because the flow rate of the pump is the same no matter what size tank is being filled.

On the other hand, if you drove the car the same distance and used the same amount of fuel, the fill-up time would be the same no matter what size the tank was.

Refilling a lower AH capacity battery vs a higher AH capacity battery isn't quite as straightforward as filling different sized fuel tanks, but it is close.
