Had one spark issues before on a couple of different carts and found the ground wires that are bolted to the mounting plate beside the solenoid were corroded,
looked fine but try taking all of the ground wires apart or loose from regulator, ground bolt, solenoid and clean or scrape with little wire brush.
Grounds are so very important because these carts don't use chassis or frame ground.

found the issue. turns out they sent me a bad ignitor. got a new ignitor installed it and away we go. thanks for all the help

I asked you in post number 4 to post a picture of your OEM ignitor. You never replied.
The reason is some dealers are now selling these aftermarket cheap ones and people think because they buy from a dealer they are OEM.
I got a drawer full of these no names.

It is also confusing that in post #6, you indicated you swapped out each component in another exact cart and they all worked. Did the "bad ignitor" work in the other cart? If it did, it is likely not a bad ignitor, and was simply a connection or bad ground that got "repaired" during the final swap out, or is a loose wire connector that will reappear in the future.
