Why does my 2011 electric rxv lock the brakes at a high rate of speed

Probably because your voltage is dropping to much. The controller is shutting down to protect itself.

I have seen a bad solenoid do that too - but how old are your batteries and what is their voltage under heavy load? I would guess if it's happening at high speed that it's your batteries are failing and sagging too much.

It has done it since battery’s were new I pu a ne accelerator sensor but no help
