Default 1993 club ds blowing micro switches

Hello all,After looking through all the forums I found this one to be the most genuine and polite. I have a 93 club car that had a blown microwave switch at forward and reverse control. I replaced it and found that the micro in the v glide was also bad. Replaced it as well and hit the throttle only ro see smoke bellowing from harness leading to f/r control. Thanks in advance!

Except for the smoke, this sounds all too familiar. Check out my thread of 2 years ago titled "Keep frying micro-switches".

Sounds like the exact problem I'm having,I have a curtis speed controller 1104 015. This must be the issue! Thanks again!

You still need to track down the source of the smoke. The controller may not be dead yet. (or have the reason for the smoke kill a new controller)
