wiring a light bar to EZGO
I want to wire this light bar I bought off amazon to the front of my golf cart.
I already have speakers and an amp so I am thinking about putting a separate battery on it and running a trickle charge when I need to. anyone installed anything like this? |

Re: wiring a light bar to EZGO
Plenty have done extra lights. Some swear by running a relay to power the light, some don't care. For a second battery, you'll find a bunch of threads on here about that as well. If you do that, you could look into a good quality battery isolator that will keep the spare separate and only allow it to charge as necessary off the gen system. Just a thought.

CJ
it comes with a relay and wiring harness the amp draw is low so i don't see a need for an extra battery 126W/12V=10.5 amps. |
