Lifts for a old yamaha
Well its bugging me to fix this cart up and not do much to deck it out so im wondering if i can just build my own lift kit? Now my only question is the drive belt. Will i need to put a longer belt in it? or keep the same one in it?

Re: Lifts for a old yamaha
The lift would not affect drive belt length. If you read here tho a 1/2 inch or so shorter belt might give a little better performance tho.

Re: Lifts for a old yamaha
My g1 Had a Custom personal lift on it. If you have some fab ability and tools / welder you should be able to make your own lift. If not there are Plenty of Sponsors here that sell kits.
