There's a diagram for making cables?

I just laid them out negative to positive all the way around. and checked pack voltage at my two lead packs..= 48.6 volts.

Those cables look super! Beats me if they are hooked up right but they sure are purdy.

That is just the battery to battery connections.

This is the diagram for your controller and cart. It shows the cable routes and the secondary wiring too.

You look like you are ready to roll!

uh, since I have an on board charger, do I need that 'ignition interlock' wiring up there? Or am I ok as long as I turn the cart off before plugging in?

Don't think the interlock will apply any more. Doesn't on mine with that same charger anyhow.

as terry said, you don't need the interlock. just run the white wire in the diagram directly to the first pos. batt post. it's just there to keep da's from driving off with charger still plugged in.

by the way, those cables are killer looking. nice job.

Thanks doc,

ok after several hours of wire chasing, I got wheels turning. After the first try with no go, I figured out pretty quickly that I need that white wire in the diagram after all, not for interlock, but just for power to that microswitch. So did that and still had no power to the solenoid. Thanks to a trusty voltmeter and and chasing power around the system, I found out that the small four prong plug coming out of the pedal box is making sporadic connection. Once that was fixed, instant pedal.

Now it's time to clean and button up the wiring, and prep the body for paint.... getting closer.
