Check for a spark at the plug first, if you have spark you likely don't have fuel.
Let us know what you find.

are you saying engine turns over but will not start? or is starter just spinning? if its not cranking over tighten the starter belt but if it is cranking over and not starting you need to make sure you have spark and fuel............................................

I am saying that when I push the gas pedal the SG spins but the big wheel in the back does not spin this wheel looks like the one that would crank the engine over is see there is is another belt that does not turn while the st is turning

you should have 2 belts the starter belt and the clutch belt.....the clutch belt is the big wide belt it won,t spin until cart is running and moving.......look at your starter is there a small belt from starter to right behind clutch belt? if so you need to tighten belt its not uncommon at all for starter to spin but belt is loose enough it just sits there.................if theres no belt than you need a starter belt...........maybe your broke?? ..............................

once it starts as you press pedal one clutch opens while the other closes and that engages the clutch belt......as cart is revving up the centrifical force is what works the clutches.......has nothing to do with starter belt.......as i said if starter is spinning than the starter belt is either to loose ( you can adjust it ) or its plain worn out................................

Well it appears that the spark plug wire is broken as it pulled freely from the boot that pops on top of the spark plug I will get a new plug and plug wire and try that because its getting gas

ok so are you saying the engine has been cranking over but not starting? theres a difference between the starter spinning and the engine cranking over............and if and this is only if the starter is just spinning and not cranking the engine over than a new plug wire isn,t going to help but if it is cranking over if its a bad plug wire yes a new one will help.............................
