Default 1998 Yamaha g16- Performance pack from BU

I just bought a 98 Yamaha g16 gas cart. Seems to be in good condition,

Compression was 155.

I ordered from Buggies unlimited the Power Kit Plus MAX tourque kit and the limited slip differential kit.

How hard are these to install? Anybody put these on your carts?>

Thanks!!

pulling / replacing the clutch and spring is relatively easy if you have a helper, there is a sticky that covers the procedure rather completely at the top of the forum ... Took me about a half hour or so the first time around but I was prepared with the appropriate 6mm bolts and a flywheel puller, once the old one pops loose the rest is easy running.

You're on your own with the diff though - hopefully someone else can jump in with their experiences, I would be interested to see how easy the install is myself! Good Luck

Have to remove the axles and split the diff. Lots of bolts and oil. If you have a manual that would help. I've seen it done, and it's not for me.
