The thing that changed the sound the most was installing a much larger carb.

That cart is pretty sick to ride. I built it in 2006/2007. It has alot more power and easily runs over 40mph. Search youtube for G1 motor mod, and you'll see what I changed in the comments section.

There was alot more done than just changing the carb.
