Default Club Car Precedent Limo Conversion Build

After owning my CCDS 4 seater for 8 years, the wife and I decided we wanted a limo cart to carry the extra passengers/dogs around our neighborhood. So I started looking around locally for a cart. There were many limo carts around but when I was on https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/store site, I noticed David had a limo that I loved in his avatar. I asked him if it was for sale. He said he built it for a customer but would love to build me one. Now there are many cart builders around my location but none as qualified as David. To me it was worth the extra shipping cost to get it 925 miles (he helped with that as well) to my location and know it would be done right. I have been on BGW for 8 years. He has been helping me and many of you for most of that time. After we exchanged some text messages I said lets go. He is stripping a 2011 Precedent and basically starting over. It will have an FSIP motor and Altrax XCT 500 controller. Here is the first few pics from today.

First pic of limo frame extension going together. Waiting on parts that were ordered to start the build.

looks like you bolted in a insert on the frame where it was cut then put your frame extension on and bolted it up. Is that correct?
How long are the extensions?

The extensions are approximately 36 inches or so friend. You are correct, in that the frame is cut, then the extensions are bolted in accordingly, then a cover plate placed over the new inserts to create the “floorboard”.....

It lengthens the car three feet. The extensions are approximately 5 feet long, but they sleeve into each side of the frame approximately a foot on each side. They're very tight and snug, and there's a bunch of bolts that hold them in there. I can't recall exactly, but I think it's 14 bolts that hold it together. They're very solid. This is a factory designed kit.
