Default 1998 club car 48v regen with GE controller H4D222C1

Does anyone have a club car with a GE controller or am I the only one? Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

Those were used then. It is a Regen 2 cart.

Tell what is wrong and we will help.

Yes it was running. At the time it quit, I had older batteries and had just charged them up, drove it to the house and parked it. It was parked about 30 ft. from a sweet gum tree. That evening we had a thunderstorm and the tree was struck by lightning. We had several things in the house affected by the lightning. Next day, the cart would not run and has not run since. It never picks the solenoid. I have tested the solenoid and it would pick when I applied the 48v and Gnd to the pick coil. But I replaced it anyway. All the wiring looks ok. I have checked the key switch, the tow/run, the F/R switch, and the switch on the potentiometer. That all looks ok with voltage going into the controllerat P1, P2, P4, and P3. But I don't have Gnd at P11 to pick the solenoid. I have a trouble shooting procedure the I got off the internet, but for the life of me, I can not find where I got it. It says I should have over 30V at P6. But I don't have that voltage there. I have connected the charger for a few minutes and the tried and still no 30V or more. I was wondering if I could just jumper 48V to the yellow wire and P6 and try that. Should that work even if the OBC was bad? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue with pin 6 and no 30V present. I found the troubleshooting guide for the controller as well at:
