Default DS w/Regen voltage spike on Navitas controller

Good evening folks. I have an 07 DS with Regen and a Navitas controller. The cart has recently been completely re-wired. Only things not replaced on the cart are motor and speed sensor. ALL WIRING has been replaced. So on to my question. I have the Navitas app and while testing; the motor does a lock out at around 3900 rpms (reading from app). I switch from tow to run and the problem is good until rpms get up around 3900 again. I also noticed that the voltage indicator on the app increases as speed increases (around 80V). Any help would be appreciated.
