That's what I said!! Thanks for the link

I can get colored 4g here for 1.09 a foot. Standard black is 0.86!! No wonder I didn't but it.

Wanted to jump in with some good sources I found for battery cable suppliers:

Cable - 4 ga = $.95 and 2 ga = $1.35 plus FREE SHIPPING!!
http://www.wireandsupply.com/www_wir...2_htm_s/22.htm

4 ga Lugs w/ Solder (preloaded) & Shrink wrap = $1.00 each ($25.00 min order)
http://spectrowireandcable.com/c/Meg...er-Loaded.html

Best I could find....

Pre-loaded solderable lugs w/shrink tube, pretty neat idea.

Just for price comparison

I get $32.50 for 25' feet of my red or black 4 ga. cable (dbl insulated / 399 strand) and my lugs are .36 for copper (99.9% pure) or .97 for our dual lock pure annealed lug, both come in packs of 20.

Thats $1.30 a ft! That almost 30% higher than welding supply dot com. $0.81 for black, $0.94 for red. I get pure annealed for around $0.67

Welding supply is the bomb, and their Midwest Distribution Center is 15 miles from me with a walkup counter. Can you say NO SHIPPING? Cha-ching!
