Default Changing from DCS - Sepex

Is it possible to change from a DCS - Sepex Cart to a series cart? What all would it consist of?

It is possible, but probably not too practical and it would probably be cheaper to sell the DCS cart and buy a series cart.

In addition to motor and controller, you'd have to replace & relocate the F/R switch and add some more high current cables. The solenoid activation circuit is about the same on DCS and Series carts, so you might be able to reuse the stock wiring to the key switch and ITS box.

I'm no expert at building carts, but from what I've read around here, the problem with the DCS is the stock controller and when it is replaced with an aftermarket one, you've a cart with good speed and torque.

I'm currently selling a series motor 2.5hp / controller / FNR / solenoid

Let me know if interested.

Yup... thus the upgrade..

It did get to 17, but I need to be to 21 and not over 25

17 on the course will definitely improve your lie though
