Angry New batteries an wires now wont charge

Installed new batteries an wires now charges an then shuts off in about 10 minutes or so. Any help would be great. Thanks

Did the cart charge properly with the old batteries?
If it did, chances are you hooked up a wire wrong somewhere...

Yes it did charge ok. I triple checked all wiring. Read somewhere that the main neg goes through the obc? ? I rerouted around it wire is to big to run through it. Could that be the problem. If so could i just run another wire through it?

Yes, that could be your problem. Some folks leave the old cable in place through the OBC and run the new one around it. Others use a stud through the OBC and connect the a cable to each side of the stud.

Yep, I think it has to go through the OBC to charge properly, so that is probably your problem.
Just do one of the methods that nobogez recommended.

The OBC regulates the charge and it needs that wire to go through it to sense the charge current.
