Actually seems a little high to me, especially since you have a trade. And the batteries are a little aged. But I am sure every region is different. I bought a 4 year old cart with new bateries and a back seat for 3k 2 years ago. Good Luck

It does seem a little high since it has original batteries, but you will have an excellent cart regardless...

Thanks, mind you the 86 that I am trading does not run, it is wore out. He said he will stand by the batteries for 6 months so with camping season starting I at least should be able to get a good run on them and know if they are any good or not. The cart is pristene and hope to have it for many years to come. That old one broke down constantly.

Does this new cart your buying have 4/12volt batteries. They are only good for 4-6 years. You will most likely have to replace them next summer. That will cost your about $800.

Sunaco, where do you buy them wholesale from right off the course? I would also like to do this to fix them up and customize them and resell.

I just bought a 2010 Precedent with brand new batteries for $2,900 cash.
