alltrax 5 red blinks
2000 cc 48v alltrax dcx 400 stock motor. Was running fine motor was a little warm. Now no go at all shutters a little then 5 red blinks on controller. Motor gone ? All connections are good an good voltage. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance

Usually shuddering means low voltage... |

5 blinks is low voltage...check your batteries.

Correction:
DCX 5 blinks = open field = often fatal error Could be the motor is shorted out. Test for unwanted continuity. Could be F1/F2 wires shorted to the cart frame. Such as what happens to the ezgo txt below. |

No wires shorted. What else should I look for ? Could it be motor or controller? Thanks

Update called alltrax told me to pull off the 2 10ga wires an check for 1k to 3k. If it reads that the controller is good. An also check the motor for same if either one is not that reading then one is bad. Let you all know soon

Update..... Talked to plum quick today. Very nice guys there. He told me how to check if motor is bad and I had fireworks!!! Lol so shipping motor out tomorrow for the bandit upgrade. Will update after I install it in about a week.
