I have only 2 seat belts. The other set of retractible belts got delayed. Should be here Tues. The only thing I am missing is the clamp on windshield wiper and lighted license plate holder.

I just went through this in Florida, I spoke with several dealers who do the registrations for you and also those like us that are doing it on our own. Not one of them had to take the cart off the trailer to check the speed. I had to put a sticker on the dash that said I could not operated in at a speed of more than 25 on a public roadway, that was it. I wouldn’t do a reducer just for the inspection. When I did mine they wouldn’t even let me watch and the only thing they seemed to care about was the windshield, seat belts and horn. I was worried about a speed test as mine only does 20 with a tail wind...

I bet if you took a gas cart down there it would pass, like was said in another post, - They just want the money-- that's all

Gas carts are street legal in Fl now.

They changed that a LSV "can" be gas powered in Florida in 2013.

If they didn't have some sort of inspection process no telling what kind of junk would be on the road.
