Default G14E Blown Diodes

While checking my dead G14, I was getting a neg. reading one one side of the solenoid. Found both diodes were open. Can anybody tell me what blows them before I put new ones in?

Default Re: G14E Blown Diodes

Welcome to BGW!
High current over range and or high temps are some of the causes.

I am not familiar with your cart enough to say what is the usual cause.

Reason I am posting is I am looking for pictures of the stock F&R switch mounted in your G14E cart Is it possible you could post some pics of how the F&R mounts to the body? Thanks in advance.
