Key on signal
Can anyone tell me which wire carries the "key on" signal to the rear of the cart? VIN is P4SE4-4ZJ0349. Tried finding wiring diagram and finally gave up.

Attached is the main harness wiring diagram. Power goes from the battery pack red wire into the on board charger. Then out the charger green wire to a red wire, connected with crimp on connectors near the battery positive terminal. (This is the safety interlock so no power is blocked from going to key switch if charging.)
Then red wire all the way to keyswitch, then out of keyswitch to pin 1 of the controller. The first check is to make sure with charger not connected to AC, do you have 48Volts at the green wire? If not, you have a bad relay in the charger and it is not serviceable. |
