I know I am a bit late, but if your still wondering where that silly igniter is... Grab the Orange wire (with white tracer) on the Coil. Follow that over to the area by the solinoid. The orange wire goes directly to the ignitor... a regtangular brass(ish) colored box with 4 wires.

why'd you go with the electric fuel pump? my 84 2stroke the previous owner had put an electric pump on there because the stock fuel pump wasn't acting right... turned out to just be a hole in the diaphram... stock pump wasn't much... easy install.... i was having problems with the electric pump though. the electric pump constantly pumps the same amount of gas into the carb.. whereas the stock fuel pump pumps consistently at idle but the higher the RPMs the more gas it pumps into the motor... unlike the electric... so that was my issue i had... just getting the right amount of fuel to the motor.
