Neos software won't connect - blinking red com

Loaded Icon live, ftdi driver, 385.dll drivers, copied to neos folder. Cart charged, power on. Plub connectors into port, plug usb into computer, get the Windows triple tone new device loaded.

Open software, no dll error. Click connect, get blinking red com. Can't get upload or anything in monitor. No other errors.

Cart key on, volts read 61v. Tried putting cart on charger, turned off/on run mode, put in neutral, reverse, forward, nothing. blinking red.

Any ideas? 2021 Advanced EV ev1 which is suppose to be same as Icon 2 seater. Manual says Toyota 350 motor and controller but don't see any other labels on anything other than LV Tong....

Do you have the right program for the Neo controller? I just got all mine working and the only issue I had was I didn't have the drivers needed downloaded to the computer. Once downloaded no issues opened right up and was able to program the cart.

If you have a 2021 with NEOS software you can not use ICON live to program it. You need to use ICON NEOS software.

Thanks, tried the old Tune software, now works.
