Trading controllers
I have 2 precedent golf carts, the 2006 factory controller has a speed code upgrade, the 2005 is stock. Can I simply trade controllers between the 2 carts? I’m rebuilding the 2005 since in rougher condition but want that cart to have the faster controller.

Re: Trading controllers
If the carts are the same setup and drive system that should work. Depending on the setup you might be able to do a speed magnet as well and save some of the hassle.

Re: Trading controllers
If the outer plastic case of the controller is the same color, then it should work fine.
If not then you can do it but you may have to change some wiring. Or you can ditch the stock controller and do an Alltrax 400 and gain torque and set your own speed. |
