That's a nice little computer. I installed one one my old G1.
BTW, if you have an old smartphone that isn't active anymore, you can install the GPS speedometer app and it will work even though the phone service is shut off.

I'll get one too! Any magnet should work unless it is gauss sensitive... all it does is trigger each revolution.

Thats right any magnet should work. Just make sure its 1-2mm from the sensor and your good to go. The odometer feature is gonna be nice to know exactly how far im going on a tank of fuel as well.

2 months ago i installed one of those cheap 9$ hour/rpm meters on the cart as well and its doing excellent as well. 30 hours on the cart in 2 months.
