What happened
2012 precedent. 2013 batteries, ranging from 8.89 to 8.97 volts.Pack voltage.53.Never had an issue. Sat.,wife and 2 grandkids went 1/2 mile, cart stops.Towed back to beach house.(She did switch to "Tow"!. I get in, flip key off and on, remove key and reinsert, flip run/tow up and down, and toggle fnr back and forth. Cart ran fine now, we drove it maybe 6 miles Sunday. Serial # ph1127-2041490. I'm thinking a grandkid switched it to Neutral. Not sure where fnr was when she arrived. Any thoughts? I'd like to believe the neutral theory obviously!

Re: What happened
It happened all the time with me and Grandma. The fnr switch is in a perfect spot for a 2 or 3 year old foot to hit.
