Wheel studs too short
I'm pretty leary of the length of threads I have left on my wheel studs once I put on my custom wheels. Seems like i dont have 1/2" or less of threads for the wheel nut. Should I be concerned? I cant seem to find any longer ones to replace the original wheel studs.

Re: Wheel studs too short
I have a G9 and I have the same issue, I do not like them and would love to find some longer ones!

Re: Wheel studs too short
What if you ran a small spacer? That would be about the same as adding longer studs (assuming the studs on the spacer were longer than stock) and would be a simple install as long as you had the room to add some width to the track.

Re: Wheel studs too short
Are they studs or bolts? My S4 has bolts that come off with the wheel instead of studs that stay on the hub.

Re: Wheel studs too short
I'd figure out the measurements and Google those measurements for the studs vs just looking for EZ GO whatever model studs. I'm sure there is something out there that would work.

If you find one that would fit and is too long, put the nut on, count the number of threads you need, cut the stud, then back the nut off to finish the thread. |

Re: Wheel studs too short
The standard EZGO stud is only 1 3/16" long. Need closer to 1 1/2-1 5/8"
