Accelerator speed fluctuates, hesitates

1995 Club Car DS 48V electric golf cart. Accelerator hesitates. Been told might need to replace V-glide. Where is V-glide located?

It is the "pie" shaped black device under your seat and by the batteries. Take it apart and check for adjustments. Lots of time the arm is loose, damaged, and not making up. Also check to see if it is on the contact pads correctly.
