Hard charging clubcar batteries
I have a question on charging dead batteries on Club Car carts with onboard computers. If the pack voltage is too low for the carts computer to kick the charger on,can I simply disconnect the third wire on the charger port by opening the fuse holder and temporarily hook it to the main ground reusing the fuse of coarse? i would only do this to get the charger to put enough voltage into the battery pack to get the computer to turn on the charger. I imagine I could monitor the computer side of the disconnected 3rd wire. I'm asking because I don't want to damage my charger or the computer if it's still good

Re: Hard charging clubcar batteries
Thanks. I was pretty sure it would work. I just was concerned it would affect the computer.
