For the one that still read 6.1 get a Hydrometer and test the specific gravity of each cell. If one reads lower than the other, you may have a bad cell. Theres a chart here that list what the readings should be http://www.trojanbattery.com/tech-su...y-maintenance/ I would recommend charging that battery separate from the others with a 6 volt charger. Or if you don't have one and cant afford one, take another battery that is the lowest and tie them together + to - to make 12v and use a 12 v charger. The reason I recommend this is because you could end up boiling the other batteries trying to get the charge in the low battery up. I personally believe in rotating the batteries, especially the 2 that are used to power 12v accessories. Once you get the batteries all to the same voltage, put the pack back together and give it a balancing charge. Heres a great article that explains what needs to be done http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/a...atch_balancing

Looks like a bad battery, put a 6V charger on it and it will not go past a 50% charge. Taking it back.

Ok, finally was able to get back to the battery issues. I did charge the single battery using a 6 volt charger, and now I am plugging in the charger to charge the pack. My charger is a ez go, manual charger. I can set it to charge for specific number of hours, but as I understand it, it will not shut off until it reaches that time. So I set it for 6 hours, and will again in the morning set it for another 6 hours. I do not want to harm the batteries. Does this sound like it will work.

Tested the batteries this morning after charging for 6 hours last night, and they all read 6.4V, and the pack reads 38.8V. Is this fully charged?. Put the charger back on for another 6 hours today, and see what happens.

Those are good voltage readings, but it needs to sit for 12 hours after the charge cycle ends for an accurate reading.

As stated - wait 12 hours to see the steady state.

NEVER let your pack voltage go below 50%
