Am i suppose to have power on the controller on A1 and B+?

OK So i hooked the beeper back up and now i'm getting the 2-4 error. So i'm pretty sure it's safe to say it's the solenoid. Should I go back with the stock one or upgrade? It's a stock 36v TXT PDS with lift and bigger tires.

Pulled the solenoid and tested the magnetic side and it's open.

I also noticed that when I pulled the solenoid out i didn't see a resistor.
Is there one built into this some place?
On the schematic I see it calls for a 250 ohm.
As far as i know it never had one since i've owned it.
