You’ll need one of the experts to answer all of your questions, but the wires from the charging port should be + on battery 1 and - on battery 6.

I’m curious, what are the wires on battery 2?

I haven't actually traced the wires because I plan on rewiring everything once my voltage reducer arrives. But I believe it is the improper way to wire the lights by isolating 12v's from Battery 1 & 2.

So I figured out my issue and I was correct, The previous owner had the charging negative going to Battery 1 neg instead of Battery 6 neg. I corrected it and the charger clicked on after a few seconds as it is supposed to. The board was actually bad because the relay was bypassed and would hum the whole time it was plugged in, now after the new board, no hum and clicks when plugged in and also shuts off at full charge.
