G16 Engine value

I posted a couple of engines in the for sale section but really don't know what to ask for them. I would like to get a fair price for them but at the same time pass a deal on to someone (I have gotten a lot of help from this forum).

I have two. One runs very well but smokes. I removed it to do a big block swap.

The other does not seem to have any compression. I replaced the head gasket. It fired up and ran a few seconds then would not run any more. Lost compression again. It spins freely.

If anyone could give me a fair market value on what these are worth I would be most appreciative. Both have stock clutches. One works good, the other I have no idea about.
