Default 07 TXT PDS Troubleshootinbg help

As the title says, 2007 36v PDS, all stock..

Was running great, good time to put on my new UptoPar seat covers..
so, I flip her in tow mode, disconnect the batteries, put on the new covers, hook up the battery pack, flip to run...works great !

2 days later, go to take a spin, and I get the dreaded "solenoid clicks, no go."

Im working thru Scotties sticky for diagnostics....http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...agnostics.html

Here is what I have:

Solenoid is OK, (have pack + positive jumped to controller side of sol.)
(meter black lead at pack -)

at black wire from ITS (J4 plugged in at controller.at sol click, 1.23vdc..goes smoothly to 2.93 @full pedal...

at WHITE wire from ITS (same condition as above)..14.4 vdc at click, smoothly down to 13.87 at full pedal...

meter across white and black wires (same conditions as above) 13.4 at click, smoothly down to 10.9 at full pedal

I don't have another PDS or 36v cart around to compare...Im scrounging around to find another ITS to test with.... in the meantime..

Did I miss something in my steps ? Does these reading seam to be "backwards ?

Big time controller failure ??

Any help, guidance, or Hey Dumbass, plug "this in" and it will work is appreciated.

Thanks !

Look at the 4 wire plug between the pedal and the controller, disconnect, clean, and reconnect. See if that fixes it?

Thanks guys, but that was the first place I looked.
Turn out, my harness is one piece, no middle connector !

It’s one uninterrupted run from the spade connectors inside
The ITS box up to where it plugs into the controller at J4.
I did check/clean all the pins at the plug
Update:

I did find another ITS to try, but I have the same results and measurements..
Looks like it’s controller time.
I don’t think I’m going to be able to go the Alltrax route.

The voltage for the ITS signal originates from the controller

From what I can tell, I think I’m gonna need a new controller.

You don’t happen to have a Curtis 1206mx you want to get rid of ??
