A wheel "off" the ground for my safety or it effects the outcome of testing?[

You can test the throttle signal just to be sure.

Measure the voltage on Controller pin #2 - Yellow wire on the Controller 16-pin connector.

With Key ON and FNR in Forward, the voltage on Pin #2 should go from near zero (approx 0.3v) when You hear MCOR "click" to near 5v (4.65v) with Pedal Down.

Make sure you still keep a wheel OFF the ground during tests.

Wheel off the ground is for safety. If for some reason the cart should suddenly start it wont take off on you and possibly injure or damage someone/something.

With no DC volts, then the controller is not trying to operate the motor. If no issues with the throttle signal or solenoid, it will be the controller.

Look here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...roller-300-amp for an Alltrax replacement controller. You should also call David Hicks at 706-431-3917 and discuss with him. He can confirm what we have helped you with and guide you to the best alternative.
