Default 48 volt Dela Q charger problem

My 2010 Zone Electric won’t charge. The Delt Q charger is blinking 6 times in red. I checked the battery pack and found one battery at 4.2, one at 5.9 and the rest of them were 6.0. The one at 4.2 has the wires going to the 12 volt converter. I charged it with a 6 volt charger. Do you think I should move that battery to a different spot in the pack? I have to button it up and see if it will charge the whole pack now.
