DRIVE Clutch
So I posted a couple of weeks ago about the plastic Dust cover on my Comet 94C drive clutch getting thrown off on my 86 Marathon.
I had the opportunity to check it out this weekend and noticed that the side of the belt facing the rear of the cart had some fraying. What I observed was that when the cart hits full acceleration, the belt rides up so high on the drive clutch that it pushes the dust cover off and the belt side gets frayed from the cover hold down screws. Does anybody know what would cause this? As always . Thanks for the input!! OZ |

Re: DRIVE Clutch
Is it the right belt? Maybe it's too long, or too thin from wear?
